Terms and conditions
1. Service provider

2. The services
Website and online shop development, setup of Google Business Profile and social media profiles, ad management, content creation, monthly care and the other services listed in the website's price list. The content of each service is defined by the "What's included?" part of the price list and by the written quote.
3. Quote and contract
The prices published on the website are for information; the contract is concluded when the written quote is accepted (email is sufficient). In case of any difference, the accepted written quote prevails.
4. Prices
Prices are final; the Service Provider is VAT-exempt under the Hungarian small-business exemption and therefore does not charge VAT. If the client is a business registered in another EU member state, the client may have to declare VAT on the service in its own country under the reverse-charge rules; the client's accountant confirms this. Third-party fees (e.g. yearly domain fee, online shop platform monthly fee, payment provider fees, ad budget, paid email service) are not part of the price; the client pays these directly to the provider.
5. Payment
50% deposit on order, 50% on acceptance before handover; for online shops and orders over 2 000 € / 600 000 Ft: 40% – 40% – 20%. Monthly services are invoiced monthly in advance.
6. Timelines and cooperation
The timeline starts once the deposit and all required materials have arrived. We ask for materials within 10 working days; after 30 days of inactivity we agree a new schedule.
7. Revision rounds
One round of revisions is one combined set of feedback. A new page, a new design direction, a new feature or a full rewrite of already approved content is a separately charged item.
8. Handover and bug fixing
Handover takes place with a joint check and written approval. For 30 days after handover we fix, free of charge, any bugs affecting the functionality ordered.
9. Ownership and rights
The domain, the accounts (Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.) and the content will be in the client's name. After the full fee has been paid, we hand over the website's source code on request. Third-party elements (fonts, images, software) are subject to their own licence terms.
10. Monthly services, cancellation
Basic care can be cancelled monthly; the Visibility package and ad management run for a minimum of 3 months and can be cancelled monthly after that. Please cancel by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the following month.
11. Liability
We do not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, number of customers or revenue. We do not write legal texts; legal content on the client's website (privacy policy, terms etc.) is approved by the client or their lawyer. Except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service concerned.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please send complaints to info@faroleiro.pt; we reply within 15 working days. In a consumer dispute you can turn to the conciliation board for your place of residence (in Hungary) or to the Portuguese consumer dispute resolution centre; in Portugal the Livro de Reclamações is also available. The contract is governed by Hungarian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protection rules to which consumers are entitled.
